Frequently Asked Questions

1. How does remote neurotherapy work?

Remote neurotherapy is done through live video sessions where I guide you through movement assessments, pad placement, Phoenix Waveform settings, and corrective activation exercises. You follow the session from home while I monitor your movement, progress, and neurological responses in real time.

2. Do I need a Phoenix Waveform device to participate?

Yes — your $600/month remote program includes a Phoenix Waveform device and all necessary pads and accessories. You do not need to purchase anything else.

3. What conditions can remote neurotherapy help with?

Remote training works for:

  • Chronic pain
  • Nerve pain & neuropathy
  • CRPS
  • Shoulder, knee, hip, & back injuries
  • Post-surgical rehab (ACL, meniscus, rotator cuff, joint replacements)
  • Weakness, instability, or movement dysfunction
  • Injuries that “never fully healed”
  • Athletic performance limitations

If the root issue is neurological — we can address it remotely.

4. Does remote rehab really work as well as in-person therapy?

Yes — and often better.

Because remote rehab allows 3–5 sessions per week, you get far more neurological repetition than typical 1–2x/week clinic appointments. Consistency produces faster and longer-lasting results.

5. How many sessions do I do each week?

Most clients perform 4–5 guided sessions per week, combining Phoenix Waveform activation with movement retraining. This is the frequency needed for true neurological change.

6. What’s included in the $600/month program?

  • Phoenix Waveform device
  • All pads, straps, and accessories
  • Custom protocol (settings, pad placement, exercises)
  • 4–5 remote guided sessions per week
  • Weekly program updates
  • Direct access to me for questions and support
  • Movement evaluation & progress tracking

No hidden fees. No long-term commitment.

7. How quickly will I see results?

Many clients experience immediate improvements in:

  • Pain
  • Strength
  • Range of motion
  • Movement quality
    Within the first 1–3 sessions.
Chronic or long-term cases typically see significant progress within 2–4 weeks.

8. Do you work with people outside of Arizona?

Yes — the majority of my clients are remote and located across the U.S. and internationally.
If you can join a video call, I can train you.

9. What equipment do I need at home?

Just:

  • Your Phoenix Waveform device
  • Your smartphone or laptop (Zoom or FaceTime)
  • A small amount of open space to move

That’s it. No gym or special equipment required.

10. Can remote neurotherapy help if PT or chiropractic didn’t work?

Absolutely — that’s who this program is BUILT for.
Traditional PT strengthens muscles.
Chiropractic adjusts joints.

But neurotherapy retrains the nervous system, which is often the real source of pain, weakness, or poor movement.

11. What if I’m not technically skilled or good with devices?

No problem — I walk you through everything step-by-step.
Most clients are set up and running within 10 minutes.

12. Do you offer in-person appointments?

Yes — but on a limited basis and only for:

  • Custom foot orthotics
  • Select manual therapy
  • Shockwave/PEMF (when appropriate)

Remote therapy is still the core and most effective program for most clients.

13. What makes remote neurotherapy better than traditional rehab?

  • More frequency = faster results
  • No driving or scheduling obstacles
  • Better adherence
  • Personalized, 1-on-1 coaching
  • Training in your real environment
  • Neurological corrections that last
  • Device included — no extra clinic charges

It’s more effective AND more cost-efficient.
